Worth writing about

• You need access with an address that isn't @generation6.com.
• Something we've published isn't in Genny.
• An answer looked wrong, or the obvious piece didn't surface.
• You keep asking something Genny can't answer — that's a gap in what we've written, and the most useful thing you can report.

If the connector itself is failing — codes not arriving, repeated disconnections — say so directly rather than retrying. That's usually something on our side, and it's invisible to us until someone mentions it.
