Genny

Questions

Does Claude train on what I ask, or on our content?

No. Genny sends Claude the material relevant to your question so it can answer; it is not training data. Generation6's content stays where it is.

Who can see my questions?

Massimo can, and you should assume he does. Genny records every question, who asked it and whether it found anything — mostly so we can see what people ask that we haven't written about. That log is the point rather than a side effect, so it's better you know.

Can I use it with a client in the room?

Yes. Everything in Genny is already published — there's nothing in it a client couldn't read on the website. Just remember Claude can be confidently wrong when it goes beyond what Genny returned, so check anything you're about to say out loud.

Can I share the link?

Freely. The address isn't the protection — the email gate is. Someone without a Generation6 address gets no further than the sign-in page.

What happens when I leave Generation6?

Your access is withdrawn. It takes effect on your next question, not whenever a token happens to expire.

Why doesn't it know about something we published?

Content is added deliberately rather than picked up automatically, so recent material can lag. Tell us and it gets added.

It gave me an answer that seems wrong

Worth reporting, and worth being specific. Genny returns what we published; if what we published is being misread, or if the right piece isn't surfacing, both are fixable — but only if we hear about it.
